10 years ago, when I strolled into a yoga studio for a casual visit, I discovered one of the biggest passions of my life. I walked out feeling amazing. I made up my mind then – I wanted to feel that way every day for the rest of my life. Ever since, I have been doing all I could - pushing, stretching both my body and mind to be the best version of myself.

My biggest passion is to guide people to their inner truth, so they can shine their light and share their gifts with the world. I use the transformative practices of Kundalini yoga and astrology for that. My classes are far beyond physical; deep and intense, but at the same time gentle and suitable for all. This is the space where you can relax and connect with your Higher Self.

Thing that most excites me — is guiding people in their own exploration of themselves and the world around them through movement and body practices. I graduated from Italian physical theatre & devising academy and studied dance and theatre in UK and Russia before that. After joining other people's workshops and labs, I started teaching myself at the same time as keeping practicing movement and theatre.

Sopo Kharebashvili
Before becoming a student at Tbilisi Yoga Loft, I never had the intention to become a yoga teacher, but I also had no idea it could be such a pleasure to share my experience with other people. Ashtanga might seem one of the most strict, precise among yoga styles, but that is what makes Ashtanga so meditative and smooth and dynamic at the same time.

Elmira Paris
Awareness starts with our bodies. This is the principle I use during my classes where we begin our journey to balance and peace. We bring all of our attention within and learn to listen to our bodies, then our minds and then our souls.

I use the knowledge and experience of several traditional yoga schools, taking the best from each. My method is based on the principle of Vinyasa Krama - the construction of a consistent and reasonable plan of classes, combining asanas and breathing techniques. The goal is to achieve the optimal functioning of all body systems and become a healthy person who knows how to be happy in the place and time in which he lives.
