I started to practice yoga at age 16 years. Throughout my 10+ years of experience, I studied yoga in India, Russia, Germany and Spain. In 2020, I founded Tbilisi Yoga Loft – a yoga space that welcomes people of all colors, ages and shapes. I primarily teach Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Prenatal yoga. In my classes, you can expect everything from silent meditation to arm balances.

Dima Guryev
Certified teacher in Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Yoga Nidra. On my classes I adhere to ancient hatha-yoga traditions of my school Patanjali International Yoga Foundation: reaching deep sensations through purification and breathing technics, practicing asanas, mudras and mental concentration. I keep on learning and I am eager to share my knowledge with students.

My biggest passion is to guide people to their inner truth, so they can shine their light and share their gifts with the world. I use the transformative practices of Kundalini yoga and astrology for that. My classes are far beyond physical; deep and intense, but at the same time gentle and suitable for all. This is the space where you can relax and connect with your Higher Self.

Before becoming a student at Tbilisi Yoga Loft, I never had the intention to become a yoga teacher, but I also had no idea it could be such a pleasure to share my experience with other people. Ashtanga might seem one of the most strict, precise among yoga styles, but that is what makes Ashtanga so meditative and smooth and dynamic at the same time.

Style: Ashtanga

Awareness starts with our bodies. This is the principle I use during my classes where we begin our journey to balance and peace. We bring all of our attention within and learn to listen to our bodies, then our minds and then our souls.

Style: Hatha

Nazira Mubarova
I've been teaching yoga since 2013, educated in USA, Hungary, Russia, Kazakhstan. I primarily teach Yin Yoga and Meditation. In my classes, I draw students' attention to releasing tension in the body through yin postures, as well as calming the mind through mindfulness meditation. I try to create a safe place where students can let go of everything that no longer serves them, pause, slow down and enjoy the presence of being.

Style: Yin, Meditation

I began practicing yoga almost 9 years ago, at age 15. I became a 500hr certified yoga teacher through Rishikul Yogshala in Pokhara, Nepal.
I am trained in traditional Ashtanga & Hatha, as well as meditation and beginner level sound healing. In my classes, whether it be Asana or Meditation, I focus on building the connection between our mind, body, & breath. David Guntaishvili
I spent the last several years traveling mostly in Asia. I tried many different styles of yoga here and there. While in Nepal, I got stuck for almost a year during the pandemic and all of my previous experience with yoga lead me to a teacher training course. During month long training, I fell in love with the fiery and meditative practice of Ashtanga. In my class, I hope to pass along this same passion that I have been developing as a new practitioner and teacher.

Back in 2016 I went to a volunteering project in a yoga school in Koh Phangan island. One month of serving in a yoga community, practicing surrounded by free spirits has inspired me to change my entire life. I have been a nomad Yoga teacher (500hrs) since 2018, guiding people through the conscious exploration of movement, breath and concentration. My classes are inspired by connection to nature and essence of human mind. Now, I truly believe that a thousand miles journey can start with a simple habit of pulling out your yoga mat every day.

I've been practicing kundalini yoga for 12 years, and actively teaching in Tbilisi for the last two. I was blessed to study with the best Kundalini Yoga teachers in Russia and the US. 4 years in a row I attended the main global Kundalini yoga event in the US- The Summer Solstice Sadhana and White Tantric Yoga in New-Mexico. Kundalini yoga is a technology that utilizes all resources of our body to eliminate old useless patterns, to open our hearts and wash away all those blocks from our bodies and minds to really change the quality of our lives, become healthy happy and holy. It will be an honor for me to share this amazing technology with you!
